Thanks!

From preparing the traditional dishes, trying to remember if we got everything (dang forgot the cranberries) to exploding cake pans, I am thankful for...
1) All of us being out of the kitchen when glass flew all over the place! Yup, I put a glass pan on burners set on high, not my best moment!
2) Kris & Nancy going ro Mrs. Gatti's Gourmet to pick up the BEST cupcakes ever!
3) Nat & Paul taking care of our dogs!
4) The 'new' Nancy (Murray) for Sopapilla Cheesecake, YUM!
5) Listening to Jordan laugh as she reads texts from Michael!
6) $5 jewelry
7) Adlie saying,"Kelly I love you!"
8) Jeanne giving extra pantry goodies to Justin
9) Conversations with Justin
10) John still loving me more!

Family

Funny things said, crazy memories & laughter even when we gather for a sad occasion! Like a funeral! I remember silly things like the bread balls dipped in Cane syrup, ice cream before bed and The Carol Burnet Show with my grandmother!

Then dinner conversation after the funeral...
Me with my continued questions about my blood type...are y'all really my parents? My brother who cannot remember any of our childhood (we are 16 months apart)!
Kelly: do you remember that we had our own trees in our grandparents yard?
Keith: no
Kelly: do you remember the chickens at our grand parents?
Keith: no
Kelly: do you remember the bunnies?
Keith: maybe the cages
Kelly: what?

Lazy days

Isn't there something good about doing nothing! After a busy week, stressful deadlines and never ending responsiblities...rest is blest! It is a cloudy cool day, I am off from work being LAZY! Feels great! Thankful for needed rest! Maggie is sweetly resting too!
